アルミプライヤーメンテナンンス・パーツ交換方法

先端パーツ編
カハラジャパンでは。アルミプライヤーの先端パーツとタングステンカッターのパーツ販売を行っております。お問い合せは、弊社取扱い釣具店様までお願い致します。先端パーツ（先端パーツ2本、専用ネジ2本）　標準小売価格￥600（税別）タングステンカッター部（タングステンカッター2枚、専用ネジ2本）　標準小売価格￥550（税別）
良品（先端の噛合わせが正常）	不良（先端の噛合わせが悪い）

先端パーツの噛合せを復旧する場合、プライヤー内側のネジを2 ㎜の六角レンチで緩めて先端パーツが動く状態を作る。交換の場合は、全て緩めて取外す。

先端パーツの噛合せを手で調整し、正常な位置にセッティングする。交換の場合は、先端パーツを仮止め後、正常な位置に合わせる。	本締めに移行。左右交互に本締めする。 ※プライヤーのご使用状況によってはネジが緩む場合がございます。メンテナンスされる時には、先端パーツのネジの増し締めをオススメします。


刃の交換編

左右の刃を2 ㎜の六角レンチで取外す。

刃をセッティング後、仮止めまでは通常に締めてください。本締めに移行する際は、必ずプライヤーの先端が閉じた状態で本締めを行ってください。プライヤーの先端が開いた状態で本締めを行うと刃がズレル可能性があります。 ※プライヤーのご使用状況によってはネジが緩む場合がございます。メンテナンスされる時には、カッター部のネジの増し締めをオススメします。
